Fast and easy to use. The PICCOLO is in use worldwide and is known for its excellent, quality-enhancing working methods. It divides and works even sticky, soft and well-cooked dough sensitively and extremely gently. With the PICCOLO you get optimally divided and round kneaded pieces of dough for baked goods of the best artisanal quality.
The PICCOLO is largely maintenance-free and easy to clean.
The cover of the upper part can be removed so that the rustproof light metal cutter head is easily accessible for cleaning.
The PICCOLO can also be easily operated by assistants.
The approx. 10 – 15 min. dough balls are placed on the molding plate and pushed into the PICCOLO. Then you press the pressing lever down, whereby the dough is evenly distributed on the working plate and triggers the dividing process with the cutting lever, which divides the dough into pieces of equal size. The round molding of the dough pieces is then carefully controlled with the molding lever.
With just three simple movements, you can share and appear perfectly and effortlessly with the proven PICCOLO.
